Workshop Payment

Course instruction includes:

basic hydrodynamics
H2O safety concerns
anatomy & kinesiology review
principles of AQUALATES®
exercises and exercise modifications
teaching and cueing techniques in water and on the deck
basic posture analysis for individualized program design
program design consideration and modifications for special populations

Completion of the course does not constitute certification. An additional 15hrs of practical experience is required before presenting the practical portion of the exam. A $50 fee is required in order to sit for the written and practical exam. Special arrangements may be made for out of town registrants.
