FREE Pilates Reformer Class: Sept 16, 2006

Intro to The Reformer Demo Classes

Not just core conditioning; Come and experience first-hand, the COMPLETE workout everyone is talking about!! This 40 min. class will introduce participants to strength training, flexibility, and cardiovascular training on Pilates' Universal Reformer. Reservations are held on a first-come-first-serve basis. So, call early to reserve your space.

Class Times: 12pm, 1pm, 3pm, 4pm
Childcare is available for the 12pm and 1pm classes.
