Cancellation Policy

Please schedule all appointments online or via the PILATES Room at: (607) 330-0957
Payment is accepted in advance to reserve session time
There is a $25 charge for cancellations with less than 24hrs notice.
The PILATES Room reserves the right to charge the current full session rate after two "no-shows", or cancellations with less than 24hrs notice.
Fees may not be refunded however, appointments may be rescheduled for a later date.
